Auction Terms & Conditions By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday Septmber 25th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged.

There are NO Shipping options for this auction and we will not be bringing items purchased back to our building for pick up. Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers is pleased to announce that we have been chosen by the family of Jim Bruin to sell the assets of his estate by public online auction. Jim was a well known figure in the area and well respected by many. The home is a Centennial Farm and has been in the family for well over 100 years.
In this auction you will find Numerous antique and vintage items. Furniture, tools, primitives, wood stoves, primitive farm implements, household goods, numerous lightning rods, 1920s Wayne Gas Pumps, gas pump globes, Gas & Oil items, vintage automotive items, and so much more. We encourage you to attend the open house as the pictures do not do justice to many items in this auction.
Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday September 22nd from 2:00 pm until 7:00pm EST. This will be the only time the items are available for viewing before the auction ends. Viewing again will be at the above address 379 Wales Ridge Road Wales Twp MI 48027. A mask will be required when viewing items in the home.
Pick up date and times are Thursday September 24th from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Friday September 25th from 10:am until 4:00pm. No other pick up and payment times will be offered or accepted (unless otherwise noted it item description) because we no longer have access to property after this time.
