Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids due to power outage, Internet outage, natural disaster, or any reason that may negatively affect the ability for a majority of our bidders to place bids or for us to capably conduct the auction in a way that is fair to everyone including buyers and sellers.

By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction without exception. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday March 20th, 2026 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged. Any invoices not paid by 4pm on Friday as noted will be automatcally charged to the credit card on file and items will be considered abandoned.

Special Note: All purchases will be gathered by invoice by BWAHS Volunteers, Payment will made made at the first door of the building then buyers will retrieve items from the rear of the building. No buyers will be allowed to enter our facility during pick up times unless absolutely needed.

All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid. Auctioneer's Note - This auction is not held at our location. All activities for this auction will take place at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. This includes all Open Houses, Pick up and payment times. Also there is absolutely no shipping options available for this auction without exception. This is the 24th year for the Blue Water Area Humane Society Benefit Auction and again the donations that have come in do not disappoint. You will see antiques, housewares, tools & garage items, pet care items, furniture, collectibles, electronics & gaming items, Kitchenwares, toys, athletic team memoribilia, home decore and artwork, jewelry & watches, outdoor sporting items, and much, much, more. We will be pulling all orders and delivering them curbside at the rear of the building. We will only be allowing customers inside the building if absolutely needed.
