Bidding with the Reynolds Auction Company, you accept the following terms and condition of this Auction:
- All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. - Bidders must register for this auction with a valid credit card, however payment will be collected by John Mueller from Willow Bend Farm LLC and we will NOT be running cards following the auction. -Bids cannot be retracted or changed once the auction begins. - All sales are final. Everything is sold �AS IS� with no guarantee or warrantee of any type including warrantee of merchantability and the purchaser by bidding on said item accepts that item without any such warrantee or guarantee and in a "AS IS" condition. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure condition of items prior to bidding. We recommend an inspection of the lots prior to bidding. All condition reports given by the Reynolds Auction Co. are subjective and we will not be held responsible or liable for any errors in description including age, size, measurements, condition, rarity, importance or provenance,etc. We strive to give true, accurate descriptions on items but realize reports are subjective and are for informational purposes only. - NO BUYER'S PREMIUM FOR THIS AUCTION - Payment is due in full within the time limits posted in the auction. - By bidding with our auction company, you are entering into a contract with our terms and conditions. The purpose of this auction is to maintain a healthy wildlife population and to enable our neighbors to enjoy this passion.

Upon winning a lease, you will be contacted by John Mueller in order to arrange payment and sign the lease agreement by September 26th, 2025.
- Winning bidders in this auction may engage in hunting, trapping & nuisance control on the leases won.
- Please respect the current leases & hunting in place. Inspection of the properties is prohibited. Please view properties from the roadside ONLY and do not block driveways.
- Payments will be made annually and the final winning bid price will be the amount paid PER YEAR for the 4 year term of the lease agreement.
