________________________________________ AUCTION DETAILS All auctions are conducted online by John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC. All items are sold to the highest bidder and are subject to a 13% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding. A credit card on file will be processed immediately following the auction for up to $750. Any remaining balance must be paid in full. For shipped orders, buyers will receive a secure payment link via Global Payments to complete their invoice. No items will be shipped until payment is made in full. High-value or flagged invoices may require payment by wire transfer at the auctioneer's discretion prior to release or shipment of items. ________________________________________ PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By registering for this auction, the bidder authorizes John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC to charge the credit card on file for all purchases, including buyer's premiums, taxes, and applicable fees. All risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the buyer at that time, regardless of pickup or shipping status. ________________________________________ SHIPPING, TRANSFER & FORFEITURE POLICY All items designated for shipping will be removed from the auction site and transported to the auction company�s facility. Items are picked up from the auction site on Tuesday of the week following the auction, at which time they are transferred to the third-party shipper, Carolina Relocation Services LLC (CRS), for packing and shipment.Once items are transferred to CRS, they are considered released from the auction company and are in the possession of the shipper on behalf of the buyer. The auction company will settle with the consignor at that time.By requesting shipping, the buyer agrees to pay all shipping, handling, and packing charges directly to CRS.Failure or refusal to pay shipping charges will result in forfeiture of all merchandise with no refund. Forfeited items become the property of the shipper, who may dispose of or resell them at their discretion.All sales remain final. Welcome to our weekly online consignment auction. Each week, we bring together a wide variety of items from multiple consignors, offering everything from everyday household goods to unique finds. Our team organizes, lots, and photographs every item, and we utilize AI-assisted descriptions to provide as much detail as possible to help you bid with confidence. All bidding takes place online, and the auction closes in a timed format, with items extending if bidding is active to ensure a fair opportunity for all bidders.
We hold weekly consignment auctions year-round and alternate locations between Conway and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. After Friday pickup is completed, we immediately begin reloading and preparing the next week�s auction. Our auctions are open to the public for both buying and selling, and we welcome consignments from individuals, estates, businesses, and collectors.
If you are new to our auctions, we encourage you to attend preview or reach out with any questions before bidding. Whether you are a first-time buyer or a regular customer, we appreciate your participation and look forward to providing a smooth and efficient auction experience.

Credit cards will be charged immediately following the auction for a nonrefundable deposit of up to $750. The remaining balance must be paid in full on pickup day. Payment is required before any items can be removed.

Shipping:
Shipping is available for all items and is handled through Carolina Relocation Services (CRS). If you need shipping, reply to the post-auction text or to your paid-in-full invoice. Items for shipping will be picked up by CRS at our facility and transported to their warehouse at 6720 Elbow Road, Conway, SC 29527. CRS will contact you directly to arrange packing, quotes, and delivery.

Item Removal

Buyers must make their own arrangements for transporting items. We do not provide moving services.
